I am a Licensed Professional Counselor, pediatric specialist, and substance abuse counselor with extensive experience working with children, teens, adults, couples, and families. I specialize in treating anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, gender and identity-related concerns, relationship challenges, and substance use, using a strength-based, trauma-responsive, and person-centered approach. 

My background includes work in substance abuse treatment facilities, county and community-based settings, and private practice, supporting individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds, identities, abilities, and life experiences. This breadth of experience allows me to thoughtfully conceptualize complex cases, develop effective treatment strategies, and meet clients where they are - without judgment, pressure, or assumptions.

In addition to therapy, I offer clinical consultation and case strategy support for individuals, families, and professionals seeking a second perspective, guidance, or thoughtful feedback on challenging situations. I am known for my ability to see the full picture, connect patterns, and help people move forward with clarity and confidence.
